What is UrbanSkaters?
This website is a web portal for inline skaters.  With information, news, links and videos relating directly to skating.  You can use the site to find skate instructors, skate shops and skating events from around the world. 

Who is Emacle?
Emacle is the nickname of the site owner, Lee. The nickname was originally used to hide my real identity on the skate forums, but has now become my skating call sign instead.

I’d like to start up my own UrbanSkaters club, can you help?
Sure.  We already have an UrbanSkaters club in Kampala, with more than 200 members.  You can use our site design with your own sub-domain.urbanskaters.com or design your own site.  We’ll help you all the way, but all we ask is that you don’t claim the UrbanSkaters brand as your own.  You also have the option of having your own page on this site, for club meeting announcements etc.  

Are you still doing private lessons? / Can you teach me to skate?
No.  Please visit the skate schools link to find an independent skate instructor.

Who designed your website?
Me.  The website is developed using WordPress (a blogging platform with amazing content management integration).  I use mostly plugins (add-ons for WordPress) to create the interactive content, like forums, video of the week, blog entries etc.

Can you design my website for me?
